1. Introduction

LifeToy (“LifeToy”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by Khoda AI LLC, a company organized and operating under the laws of the United States.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when individuals use LifeToy’s applications, websites, devices, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

LifeToy is intended for use by individuals aged 18 years or older. Account holders are responsible for how the Services are accessed and used through their account.

2. Age Restrictions and Responsibility

LifeToy does not target or market its Services to children and does not knowingly solicit personal information from individuals under the age of 13.

If an account holder allows another person, including a minor, to interact with the Services, the account holder remains responsible for that use and for compliance with applicable laws.

If we become aware that personal information of a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide

  • Account information (such as email address and credentials)
  • Communications with us (support emails or inquiries)
  • Content you choose to submit through the Services

3.2 Voice and Conversation Data

LifeToy provides interactive voice and conversation features. When these features are used, we may collect and store:

  • Voice recordings
  • Conversation transcripts
  • Conversation-related metadata

This information is used to operate the Services, provide conversation continuity, and maintain functionality and safety.

3.3 Automatically Collected Information

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address
  • Device type, operating system, and application version
  • Usage data such as session duration and feature interaction
  • Approximate location derived from IP address

This information is collected for security, abuse prevention, service reliability, debugging, and legal compliance.

4. Guest Use of the Services

LifeToy may allow limited use of the Services without creating a registered account (“Guest Use”).

During Guest Use, conversation recordings and related data may be stored temporarily to operate the Services, maintain quality, prevent abuse, and ensure safety.

Guest data is automatically deleted within approximately 60 days, unless retention is required for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

Because Guest Use does not involve a persistent account, certain controls available to registered users such as long-term data management or AI training preferences may not be available to guest users.

5. Registered Users

For registered users, conversation recordings and related data are associated with the user’s account and may be managed through the Services.

5.1 Deletion and Recovery

Registered users may delete their conversation recordings or their entire account at any time through the Services or by contacting us.

When data is deleted, it enters a 30-day recovery period. During this period, the user may request restoration if the deletion was made in error.

After the recovery period ends, the data is permanently deleted from active systems and cannot be restored, subject to standard backup and legal requirements.

6. How We Use Information

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Services
  • Provide conversation, voice, and memory functionality
  • Ensure safety, security, and misuse prevention
  • Respond to support requests
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use personal information for targeted advertising.

7. AI and Third-Party Services

LifeToy uses third-party service providers, such as cloud infrastructure providers and AI processing services, to operate the Services.

These providers process information solely to provide the requested functionality and are contractually restricted from using data for their own purposes.

7.1 AI Model Improvement

By default, content associated with registered user accounts may be used to improve the reliability and performance of the Services.

Registered users may opt out of having their content used for this purpose by contacting notraining@lifetoy.ai.

This option is not available for Guest Use.

In limited circumstances, LifeToy may retain certain conversation data for longer periods where necessary to:

  • Investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Services
  • Protect the safety and security of users or the public
  • Comply with legal obligations or lawful requests

Such retention is limited in scope and duration and is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.

9. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information only:

  • To service providers acting on our behalf
  • To comply with legal obligations or lawful requests
  • To protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Services
  • In connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition

10. International Users

LifeToy is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States.

Where required, we process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws based on user location and circumstances.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information.

Requests may be submitted by contacting us and will be handled subject to verification and applicable law.

12. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
